Fortune favours the brave

What's scarier than diversifying into new face-to-face markets having built your business from online sales alone?

Hayley Sturniolo, CEO of Inscripture, has built her £1M turnover business with online B2C orders. Now she knew it was time to offer a B2B supply service to funeral directors and take the challenging step of meeting her target market at the UK’s No1 trade exhibition.

Our team took the time to listen and learn more about her and Inscripture. We discussed her products, delved into her audience, and her ideal outcome of the exhibition for the business. She told us she wanted to stand out, leave a memorable impression on the attendees, and attract attention to her trade stand.

The layout had to be just right, this was not going to be a standard exhibition stand, it had to have an energy about it, it had to engage with the right audience and capture their data.

We designed and manufactured the stand’s furniture and our sales team supported Hayley on her stand leaving her to have those all-important 121’s with her prospects.

On the day, the illuminated banners stood out like a beacon in the exhibition hall, immediately commanding the attention of all the attendees who were drawn out of curiosity to view the stand.

Inscripture generated a huge amount of interest, increased awareness of their brand, grew their network and even generated some leads. It was a huge success.

I’m so pleased we chose to work with Reynolds, they held our hand all the way through, giving us the benefit of their 75 years of being in business. The exhibition was a tremendous success, our stand was one of the busiest and best in show and certainly the busiest in our sector!

Reynolds took away all our fears and were fully committed in delivering the results we needed. I don’t think we could have done it without them!
